Great flat by the sea in the Gotic, Barcelona
Impressive views over the city. Facing the sea, lots of natural light. Open brick building with a concierge service, private lift and parking (optional).
The Les Tres Torres neighbourhood appeared between 1901-1902 and owes its name to the Romaní and Climent Macià brothers who constructed three towers here. One of the towers still sits on the corner of Via Augusta-Dr Roux. Bonanova, in the higher parts of the town, is where we can find very important buildings like La Rotonda, El Fraile Blanco and Bellesguard, this last building by Gaudí. There are other stand-out features like the Tamarita gardens designed by Rubió i Tudurí.
