Ático a estrenar en Sant Antoni,Barcelona
The La Farinera Teixidor building for rent in Girona was a business complex used for flour manufacturing. It was designed by the architect Rafael Masó in 1910 towards the end of the modernist era and it shows influences from Gaudí, Charles Rennie Mackintosh and the Vienne Secession.
It is currently one of the most iconic pieces of modernism in the city of Girona.
“Masó made a building that showed its function from the outset. The rounded pinnacles are in the shape of wheat ears and the white-tile facing alludes directly to the idea of piles of floor”
Recently it has been the headquarters for the El Punt newspaper. In June 2015 the company decided to move, leaving the La Farinera building available for rent.
It is in a strategic location in the centre of Girona. There is a road that takes you directly to the AVE station and the bus station, meaning it is easy to reach the university buildings, the Technological Park and the centre of Barcelona itself.
The building currently has four floors and two underground levels with 45 parking spaces and 800 m2 storage space. The ground floor is used for offices, a meeting room and a restaurant while the three other floors are used for offices and management offices.
